There are a number of venues available across London, each offering a different space to fit your purposes. Smaller parties of 53 or 67 can fit comfortably in the intimate Covent Garden or Charlotte Street Hotels’ luxuriously furnished state-of-the-art multimedia rooms. Groups of up to 93 guests can enjoy the facilities of Hammersmith’s Disney Screening Room, while the famed Barbican can hold 250 and 280 people in each of its two cinemas consecutively.

Our Film Package

With Paragon’s film hospitality, we construct your bespoke event packages around your business’ needs to ensure your goals are met. A typical event package will include the hire of your chosen film and facilities, as well as a catering and drinks package tailored to suit, along with Paragon’s end to end event management. You may wish to theme your event around the film that you screen, or perhaps centre proceedings upon your own brand to better emphasise your business. Upon request we will arrange a Champagne reception to welcome your guests, and can deliver an after-show party at one of London’s other top venues. Should you require it, we are able to supply transport and accommodation, ensuring maximum effect for the benefit of your guests.
