Case Study: 10th Anniversary Company Trip to Dubai

The Brief:

A long-term client approached the team to research, organise and manage their highly important company 10th Anniversary, to be held across various possible dates in September within the stunning United Arab Emirates city of Dubai.

100 high profile guests where invited to fly in from various European cities including England, Germany, Spain and Italy to experience three days / nights of meetings, team building activities, luxury dining and entertainment.

This celebration was given no budget but as always our team of expert event managers would ensure great value for money, whilst achieving all that was required and ultimately providing the highest quality of service, standards and professionalism.

The Event

With so many various elements to consider, research, arrange and manage from both a client and event perspective, this trip was a fantastic challenge for Paragon, taken on with enthusiasm, dedication and a wealth of experience and knowledge.

After successfully flying 100 guests from various countries landing into Dubai International Airport, ‘Arabian Dubai,’ a reputable luxury transportation company (who would in fact stay with the group the entire trip) transferred all guests to their beautiful five star city based hotel; ‘Intercontinental Dubai – Festival City.’

PSM visited various accommodation options prior to the trip, negotiating prices and packages before contracting the particular. This ensured the highest of quality in business, dining, entertainment and leisure facilities.

Thorough research was undertaken of all companies/services contracted, guaranteeing the required efficiency, standards and quality that would be expected by both client and guests. This allowed for excellent restaurant and entertainment choices to be offered and a truly memorable day of activities, including a 4x4 safari on the Dubai Sand Dunes.

Overall a first-rate event was executed, in which PSM have received great feedback and thanks for such attention to detail and hard work, proving a highly successful company 10th Anniversary.
