Case Study: Company Celebration, Hertfordshire

The Brief:

The Managing Director of a corporate client in London asked Paragon to arrange something spectacular as a company celebration, at his private home in Hertfordshire.  The client mentioned a 'circus' theme, and our team at Paragon leapt into action...

The Event:

With a variety of contractors and suppliers involved in the success of this event, we worked very closely with our client and space / land, making sure all that was hired / purchased and contracted both fitted and complemented the event perfectly.

Guests were stunned upon arrival by the wonderful circus-themed décor that ran throughout the gardens.  Professional circus acts including clowns, magicians and acrobats entertained guests as they made their way to the ‘big top’ marquee, hired not only to provide a fantastic visual but also able to house all catering services including a hog roast, drinks bar, table seating and a dance floor.

The catering was a crucial part of the event, and great time and effort were taken to contract only first-rate suppliers to provide quality.  Thorough research was taken to understand the client and guests, so every minute detail was considered from a fancy dress box to a beautiful hand crafted birthday cake, to personalised gift bags.

The atmosphere was as the client described “truly magical” - an achievement that was a true example of the detailed and thorough execution of an event provided by Paragon's dedicated team of professionals.
