Phil Tufnell - Shareholder, Cricket Consultant and Corporate Host

Our very own England cricket legend has spent the last decade building a successful career in media and broadcasting.  Still a favourite of cricket fans for his legendary bowling (and fielding...) for England, Phil is now a regular pundit on BBC Test Match Special, presents for The One Show and is a team captain on A Question of Sport.  He is one of the best in the business at corporate Q&A sessions and  regularly hosts our hospitality events, where he has established himself as a favourite of our clients.

Mike Martin - Managing Director & Head of Client Management

Mike began his career organising high-profile corporate events for sporting professionals and it was in this capacity in 2001 that he met Phil and Greg Tufnell to form Paragon.  He formulated the successful strategy that has allowed  Phil to flourish after his cricketing retirement, and he now looks after the commercial interests of England captains Andrew Strauss and Alastair Cook, Rugby World Cup winner Mike Catt, England cricketers Tim Bresnan, Ravi Bopara and Matt Prior and broadcasters Ed Chamberlin and Alison Mitchell.

Greg Tufnell - Director

Phil's older brother Greg is a corporate heavyweight, having been MD at Burtons Menswear and Mothercare and CEO of Marchpole Holdings Plc.  His considerable corporate experience and knowledge is a huge advantage to Paragon and our clients. His guidance is an invaluable asset in a competitive market.

James Clutterbuck - Operations Director

James has been an integral part of Paragon since its inception in 2001 and boasts 15 years of experience in corporate hospitality and a rare level of expertise.  He has overseen the growth of Paragon Hospitality over the past decade from new player to highly-renowned provider of corporate hospitality to a host of blue-chip clients and the hospitality industry as a whole.

Richard Gillham - Sales and Product Manager

Richard arrived in 2003 to develop our overseas product and has since been integral in expanding our travel and hospitality business in cricket, football, rugby and Formula 1.  He manages key client hospitality accounts, oversees the production of all Paragon Hospitality sales material and can often be seen behind a microphone as our hospitality events host.

Frances Green - Events Director

Frances is the newest member of our management team, having joined in 2011 to develop Paragon Events.  Featured in C&IT Magazine's 'Rising Stars of the Events Industry', she is already proving an invaluable asset to Paragon through an enviable contacts book, encyclopaedic knowledge of venues and events and ability to win new business.
