The Shangri La Terrace: The Best Race View in Monaco

The Shangri La is a luxury apartment building that stands on the starting grid of the Monaco Grand Prix.

From our balcony on the upper floors, guests enjoy a birdseye view from directly above the grid, and can see over 65% of the Monaco circuit. The apartment also affords a direct line-of-sight to the giant screen and boasts an incredible panoramic view of Monaco Harbour and the Mediterranean beyond.

Palais Heracles: A Rooftop View over the Chequered Flag

The Palais Heracles – also a luxury apartment building – stands overlooking the start/finish line and the chequered flag at the Monaco Grand Prix. Prince Albert himself watches from his glass box in front of Heracles.

The Rooftop is on the 5th Floor and is beautifully decorated under an open marquee, providing private tables and an exclusive environment in which to enjoy gourmet food, fine wines and a fantastic view of the Grand Prix.

A few floors lower than the Shangri La terrace, the Heracles Rooftop provides views of around 60% of the track, but slightly closer to the action. You’ll also be right above the chequered flag at the moment the race winner crosses the line.
